Gina Hogshead, OTR/L, CSRS, is an occupational therapist with over five years of clinical experience in neurological and functional rehabilitation. She is a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist and a Brain Health Specialist utilizing the Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS). 

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Tennessee Tech University and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Emory & Henry College School of Health Sciences.

Gina’s professional experience includes acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, with clinical emphasis on hand and upper extremity injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and complex neurological conditions. This breadth of experience supports an evidence-informed, systems-based approach to evaluation and intervention across the lifespan.

Her clinical approach integrates John Barnes Myofascial Release® and Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) to address neuromusculoskeletal restrictions and central nervous system patterns that may impact movement, regulation, and functional performance. These approaches are utilized to support nervous system regulation, improve functional capacity, and maximize meaningful functional outcomes.

Meet Nicole

Nicole Sloan, LMT, received her massage therapy license through Nashville school of massage therapy in 2023. She is a Brain Health Specialist utilizing Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) with advanced training in John Barnes Myofascial Release®(MFR), Upledger Craniosacral Therapy (CST), as well as The Gillepse Approach; which combines MFR and CST.  Her work focuses on supporting nervous system regulation, structural balance, and overall well-being through gentle, integrative approaches.

Nicole has a strong passion for working with babies and children, while also supporting individuals across all stages of life. She brings a calm, intuitive presence to each session and prioritizes creating a sense of safety and regulation within the nervous system. Her approach is individualized and responsive, guided by how each client’s body and nervous system respond to care.

By integrating hands-on manual therapy with brain-based support, Nicole addresses both physical restrictions and neurological patterns that may impact function, development, and resilience. She is deeply committed to helping individuals and families improve quality of life through thoughtful, compassionate, and whole-person care.
